For the collaboration with Daniel and Sonja from Gochà Kombucha, I visited their brewery in Oerlikon. They crafted a custom, unpasteurised kombucha with organic buckwheat, Demeter Chinese yam, and green tea – a glimpse into their mindful approach and philosophy towards brewing.

Lily’s has been offering delivery for over 20 years, in partnership with Veloblitz. To celebrate, they teamed up with Beni & Chahan from Veloblitz to create a special menu of vegan, regional, whole-food products – reimagined classics and fresh new ideas that reflect the spirit of bike messengers.
